Salvatore Nunnari (born 11 June 1939 in Reggio Calabria) is the current Archbishop of Cosenza-Bisignano. He was appointed by Pope John Paul II on 18 December 2004. On August 10, 2010 after Bishop Ercole Lupinacci of the Eparchy of Lungro degli Italo-Albanesi retired Archbishop Nunnari was appointed Apostolic Administrator of the Eparchy.

Biography

He was ordained priest on July 12, 1964.

Receiving his episcopal consecration on March 20, 1999 from Archbishop Luigi Vittorio Mondello.

He was appointed archbishop of Cosenza-Bisignano on December 18, 2004.

He replaced the previous bishop of Cosenza-Bisignano Giuseppe Agostino.

He will now replace Bishop Ercole Lupinacci as Apostolic Administrator of Lungro degli Italo-Albanesi.
